Parks Realty to Relocate Gulch Office to Broadwest
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE.
February 25, 2020
Parks Realty plans to move out of its Parks in the Gulch office and into Broadwest, a mixed-use community rising on a full city block on West End Avenue where Midtown meets Downtown.
“Broadwest is an absolutely wonderful location and a place our agents will love to be,” said Bob Parks, founder and co-owner of Parks Realty. “Our office is just steps away from the Conrad Nashville, elegant condos, restaurants and plenty of parking.”
Parks Realty will relocate to Broadwest in 2021 and will lease approximately 3,600 square feet on the first floor of the 3-story creative office building. The real estate firm’s entrance will front Broadwest’s 1.5-acre, pedestrian friendly outdoor plaza.
Founded in 1975, the real estate company’s first urban Nashville office was Parks in the Gulch, 311 12th Street. That office opened in 2012 and currently about 50 real estate agents work there. Parks has about 700 real estate agents.
Earlier this year, Parks Realty and Village Real Estate merged. The Village team of Zach Goodyear, Sydney McCann and Brian Stoltzfus are handling marketing and sales for the Residences at Broadwest. The finely appointed condominium homes are on the top 20 floors of a soaring 34-story tower anchored by the Conrad Nashville.
“This is just one example of the synergy coming from the recent Parks and Village merger,” said McCann. “The Parks Broadwest office will be a great benefit to both agents and clients.”
Propst Development LLC is developing the 1.2 million-square-foot urban mixed-use community combining Class AA office and creative office space, 196 high-end condominiums, a 234-room Conrad Nashville hotel and retail space.
