Broadwest, the new mixed-use community under construction on a full city block in Nashville’s vibrant and growing core, plans to highlight Nashville artists in its art program.

“We’ve reached out to local and national artists and gallerists to present works for consideration for both the Conrad Nashville and The Residences at Broadwest,” said Tammy Parmentier, project manager for Propst Development. “We plan to feature many local artists and are seeking original works of art in a variety of formats and mediums that fit the design motif of our luxury Conrad Hotel.”

The 234-room Conrad Nashville hotel anchors a 34-story tower with 196 elegantly appointed condominium homes occupying the top 20 floors. The Residences at Broadwest will be available in mid-2021 and the hotel will open the fourth quarter of 2021 where Broadway and West End Avenue converge.

Artwork will be displayed in both the hotel and condo lobbies, the hotel restaurant and other areas throughout the 34-story tower. Proposals are due January 17, with final selection presentations to be held in Nashville at a later date.
