Broadwest penthouse units to start at $2.1M+

Presales begin at mixed-use development unfolding in Midtown.
Huntsville-based Propst Development has released new renderings and pre-sales have started – with nine penthouses ranging in price from $2.15 million to $5.57 million – for The Residences at Broadwest rising at Broadway and West End Avenue in Midtown.
The Residences at Broadwest will offer 196 high-end condominiums, with its sales office now open for prospective buyers at 113 17th Ave. N. The condos will occupy the top 20 floors of the 34-story tower, which will be anchored by a 234-room Conrad Nashville hotel by Hilton. Broadwest will also include a 21-story office tower, retail and restaurants.
Zach Goodyear, Sydney McCann and Brian Stoltzfus, Realtors with locally based Village Real Estate, are handling marketing for The Residences at Broadwest. The residential component of the tower will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 908 square feet to 1,951 square feet. Nine penthouse residences are available, ranging from 1,903 square feet to 4,455 square feet. Pricing for the onebedroom residences will range from $559,000 to $799,000. The two-bedroom units will range from $757,000 to about $1.25 million.
Of note, The Residences at Broadwest units will be of similar size and finishes, yet priced about 35 percent lower to those at the also-under-construction Four Seasons in SoBro, based on marketing material for both developments.
All residences will feature 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows with motorized shades, SubZero Wolf professional-grade appliances, marble countertops and herringbone wood floors, among other elevated details.
Amenities will include a 24-hour concierge, a rooftop pool, outdoor lounge space and catering kitchen, a fitness center with sauna and steam room, a golf simulator, a library, a billiards room, bicycle storage and a separate pet care area. Cold storage for grocery delivery is also available.
Collectively, the Broadwest buildings will offer 1.2 million square feet and a main address of 1600 West End
Ave. An estimated completion is eyed for the third quarter of 2021.
